What was easy for me?
I think memorizing my part is quite easy. I'm the last debater so I have enough time to memorize. My opinion and example is little bit long, but I prepared a lot so I can debate well.
What was difficult?
I think making example and find good reason for working mom is difficult. I agree with working mom but there are only some logic reason for them. So it is difficult to find reason and example.
What language concepts have I learned? (What did I learned?)
I learned debating is not one's work. We have to prepare our part and also prepare other part. It's hard working but this time's debate is good for me.
What points do I need to improve? (What do I need to improve?)
I have to listen well other part opinion. Firstly, I just busy for my opinion because my opinion is little bit weak and there are really few examples. But, I realize listening is really important.

1. Only mom has obligation to care children? Dad also has obligation. Only mom has to give up her job or dream because of her babies? Dad can help her to continue her job. Of course mom's love is important but mom doesn't work all day long. Besides, these days some offices have a day nursery so she can care her baby or children while she works. If mom has a lot of work so she is busy, dad can care his baby. Baby needs sufficient dad's love no less than mom's sufficient love.
2. Though one of parents works hardly, it's not the thing which the other must care the partner comfortable. Mom is not a comfort woman. Is she same with comfort women under the rule of Japanese imperialism? Mom is a human who has a dream. She has a right to do self realization. Mom and dad can care each other enough after theri own work. Moreover, working circumstance has been better, people don't work always. So mom can have time with family making good atmosphere.
3. The idea that 'Working mom is hurting health' is too weak basis. Every working mom is not overworking. It depends on her ability, so it doesn't harm all people. A proper amount of working is good for mental health. In that basis, husband can overwork, so he must not go working. House keeping is hard work. If you worry about mom's health, it is better that working together for a living and also house keeping must do together. Working properly and having medical examination regularly will be help to working people and their family.

Seoul Project- ITAEWON
Our group went to Itaewon. We took a picture in front of the mark 'public office of Itaewon 1 dong'. 유선민 explores about US military base and embassies. 김수지 explores about foreign restaurant. 이정원 explores about Itaewon market. 선우효은 explores about Imitation market.
There are US military base and a lot of embassies in Itaewon. We saw some foreign embassies, but we can't take a picture. There is a police man and he obstructs us to take a picture. So, we just see map of embassies on the road. We also saw military base. I took a picture in front of there. It is a very bic place. Because of these two things, there are many foreign people in Itaewon. We went there early morning, so we can't see a lot, but we saw some foreigners. 
There are many foreigners in Itaewon. Because there are US military base and lots of foreign embassies. So there are various restaurants for foreigners from many countries. We saw Chinese restaurant, American steak restaurant, Japanese restaurant. But we can see these places anywhere in Korea. We found somewhere special. It was Pakistan & India restaurant. I took a photo in front of there. I want to eat special food in there next time.
Between fasionable people, Itaewon is a must shopping center for them. Why they prefer Itaewon? It is the reason why there are many unique and exoticism style clothes and price is low. When we ask to fasionable people that where they shopping, they don't hesitate and say" Itaewon". But when we arrive at Itaewon, there are all exoticism signboard and they treat foreigners. We don't know what shall we do. But we walk Itaewon's streat carefully, can find fasionable girls get out from an inlet, there is Itaewon market. Dongdaemoon's shopping rounge is cover a wide range, but Itaewon's is centered to Itaewon market. The exterior of a building is not good but inside, there are many cheap and polishing clothes.
We went Itaewon and we saw Itaewon Market. There was many goods like bag, cloth, accessories and etc . And these are almost imitation. So we call these market 'Imitation Market'. 'Imitation Market' maybe satarted at Korea most lively and now many countries have these market and people like these. In these market, we can saw louisvuitton's imitation bag. The price was much cheaper than it's real price. Nowadays, imitation market is growing much, so it is hard to distinguish the real goods and the imitation. Self Assessment (About presentation)
What was easy for me?
Memorizing sentence is easy for me. For 1 minute presentation sentences are quite short so I can memorize it well.
What was difficult?
Presentation in front of students and professor is very very difficult. I memorized all before presentation but when I went out to present, I can't remember anything.
What language concepts have I learned? (What did I learned?)
I learned speaking slowly is important. When I presented, I'm really nervous so I speak very fastly but it's not good to hear. So, from next time I will speak slowly and strickly.
What points do I need to improve? (What do I need to improve?)
I have to improve my hearing ability. When other people speaking, I have to be quite.

What is something of value from your own culture you would like to share with others?
Actually, I don't know well about traditional Korean culture. So, I want to share our university culture. It's very unique and funny. There are some bad things but I like this culture. Korean high school students have a hard time for Korean SAT so they want to play when they entered the university. It's almost drinking culture but there are a lot of game and we can know many seniors and juniors. Sometimes, drinking a lot makes problems but these days culture is smoother than before so it's very funny and enjoyable. Other country's student can't feel it! So I really want to share this culture with others.
What is something about yourself that would change as a result of going abroad for an extended period of time?
I went to America when I was elementary school 6th grade student. At that time, I was very confidence student. I thought I'm very good, smart and intelligent person but when I went to America, I realize I'm not good student. I couldn't speak English and couldn't understand what they say. I was shocked and sad. I stayed there about 2 months, while that time, I studied more and more. I'm not confidence student any more. Now, I changed to person who do one's best and I endeavor a lot.

What was easy for me?
E : I think memorizing vocabulary is the most easiest part in English. If I can memorize a lot of word, I can do everything in English. I can understand reading, listening and I can speak in English what I want to say.
O : I think using computer is easy. These days computer is a part of life. There are some difficult parts but I think using computer is easy and funny!

E: I think dividing paragraph is really difficult. I don't know which paragraph connected the other.
O : I think university exam is really difficult. It is different with high school exam, especially my major exam. I fail it so I'm very sad.

Does being educated abroad during high school put you at an advantage or disadvantage over students who have studied only in Korea? Why?
1. Being educated abroad has advantages and disadvantages.
2. It has some advantages.
3. Students who being educated abroad can experience various culture and have good language skill.
4. While they stay abroad, they can learn foreign culture and they have to use English so their language skill wiil be improved.

6. They have some difficulty with making cultural identity and they can ruin themselves.

What was easy for me?
E : Now I can understand the text easier than before. Firstly, I can't understand many sentence, but now I can understand almost all.
O : Making the powerpoint is easy. I made it for my Sookmyung Leadership class, and it is really funny and easy.
What was difficult?
E : Making the headline is difficult. Sometimes, I misunderstand headline and subject.
O : I have to memorize french cooking terms, but it is really difficult to me. Some words are almost same, so I always confused that words.

E : I learned about difference between headline and subject. It is hard to distinguish, but now I know what is headline and what is subject.
O : I learned coin magic "just" for children from my younger sister. I have poor skill so I can't learn expert magic. I'm so sad but it was exciting.

E : I have to practice reading quickly. My reading skill is not so good, so I read slowly. But for my midterm test, I have to improve my reading skill.

Self Assessment (03/20 - 03/29)
What was easy for me?
E : Now, I can find key word in text easily. First, I can't find key word or sentence exactly so I think summarizing is really hard but now I think it is little bit easy.
O : To me, meeting new people is easy. I really like to meet new people, so I don't know what is hard to meet new people.
What was difficult?
E : Still, I have a problem with selecting correct word. I have to memorize more word but I'm really lazy, so still I have a difficulty with that.
O : I think write the report is really difficult because I'm freshman so I don't know how to write report well.
What language concepts have I learned? (What did I learned?)
E : I learned about how to summarize well. Firstly, I'm very poor at summarize but now I can summarize better than before.
O : I learned that how to make soup in my major class. It is little bit difficult but interesting. I have to review that.
How can I improve my life?
I think I have to travel around the world. It may help me to learn about real world and I can get a lot of experience. This experience will be helpful to improve my life.

What is the problem?
I can't catch key word exactly. It is important to summarize but I don't know which sentence and word is really need to summarize. And I'm very poor at vocabulary so I can't summarize in my word. I mean, I just use same word in text.
How can you fix your problem?
I have to study more vocabulary especially same-meaning word. I also have to practice about summarize. I will read more text and practice to find key word and key sentence.

Self Assessment (03/14 - 03/19)
What was easy for me?
E : Firstly I thought English grammar is hard, but after I studied french, English grammar is really easy to me compare to french grammar.
O : I'm very poor at finding way, but now I can find way easier than before.
What was difficult?
E : I think selecting the correct word is really difficult. On page 24, it was very hard to me. I can't understand all meaning of word, so I couldn't find correct word.
O : I can't remember french grammar and word. In my french class, proffessor teachs fastly so I can't understand something and also I don't know how to use grammar proferly.

E : I learned about explain my opinion in English. When we talk about the movie what we saw, I learned a lot like 'cable movie', 'DVD movie' and so on.
O : I learned term about cooking because of my major. In my major class we learned about cooking so I memorize that terms.

E : I have to study more about vocabulary because of selecting the correct word.

: It based on Thomas Harris' novel.

: Hannibal(student of medical college) - Gaspard Ulliel
Lady Morasaki(Hannibal's aunt) - Gong Ri
7. Plot summary
: During World War Ⅱ, Hannibal's parents was killed and his younger sister was eaten by German soldier. 8 years later, he went his uncle's house but he was dead and just his wife, lady morasaki, was there. She cared her nephew but he still had nightmare. Through the nigthmare he remembered that German soldier's face. So he started murder for revenge cruelly.
8. Personal opinion
: I think it is cable movie. It's really waste of money.
The main actor is little bit handsome but story isn't good. Movie's conclusion is falsely even though it was the last series of Hannibal. It's not thriller movie, just cruel movie, but the important thing is degree of cruel also not good.

I have a serious problem that I need help with. Yesterday, I was getting ready to go out with my friends, but my purse didn't match my outfit so I borrowed my older sister's purse. She wasn't home, but I knew she wouldn't mind if I borrowed it. As I was putting my things into her purse, I found a photo in the side pocket. I was so shocked because the photo was of my sister and my boyfriend together, and they looked just like a couple! I am still upset. I don't know what to do. Please help me.

I understand how you feel like but I advise you not to judge impatiently.
First, just observe your sister and your boyfriend and see if there has been any misunderstanding about your sister's relationship with your boyfriend. However, If the relationship comes out to be as it is like on the picture, you have to talk to your boyfriend.
If he confesses and admits the relationship as being serious and asks you to forgive him you'd better do so and quit the relationshop. Half of people living on this planet are men.
If he wants to continue the relationship with your sister, you should let him do so. Then talk to your sister to see if she still wants him. If she wants to keep the relationship, just forgive her and lay aside her because you cannot find another sister anywhere else.
If he didn't say sorry to you and deny the truth, show the photo to him. Of course end the relationship! Maybe he is a really bad guy or a playboy. After you end the relationship, you should talk to your sister about him. Though she wants to continue the relationship, you have to make her stop continuing.
Anyway, I think it's better ending the relationship with your boyfriend and forgive your sister.
